Order delivery and returns 

How much does it cost to receive my order?

We offer free delivery under the following conditions:

  • UK Orders: Free delivery on all orders over £100.
  • International Orders: Free delivery on all orders over £150.

For UK orders, we deliver products anywhere in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles.

For international orders, we deliver products worldwide.

Additionally, we provide delivery services to EU countries. The postage cost for EU countries is £9.80.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Once you make a purchase, please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, including card security verification checks. You can cancel your order during this time.

For orders placed on working days, we usually dispatch them within 48 hours of purchase.

  • UK Orders: You can expect delivery within 3 - 5 working days from the day after the purchase.
  • EU Orders: Delivery will be made within 7-10 working days from the day after the purchase.
  • Orders outside the UK and EU: Delivery may take up to 15 working days from the purchase date.

Please note that any duties and taxes incurred upon receiving goods for international orders will be the responsibility of the recipient.


Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and update you on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have completed all of the above and have still not received your refund, please reach out to us at

Sale Items (if applicable)

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
